touch up policy

If the fault of the tattoo needing touch up lies within the artist, then the touch up will be executed by that individual artist for no additional charge to the client as long as notice is given within two weeks post appointment. However if the touch up is a direct result of the client failing to properly care for the tattoo during the "aftercare" stage, for example, the artist will be able to tell if the client has picked at, scratched, did not moisturize correctly or after the two week healing mark the client is responsible for touch up payment. A minimum of a booking fee up/ up to the initial cost of the tattoo.

We will not be responsible for doing finger, inner lip and/or hand tattoo touch ups free of charge due to the fact that the client is told before hand that the tattoo will be on a surface area that fades quickly due to oils on the skin. If a client would like those tattoos touched up we will gladly do so , but at the normal rate of the original tattoo. 

In addition, our tattoo policies at Immortal ink are for tattoos executed at our location. If clients are seeking a touch up for tattoos done by another shop the policy DOES NOT apply.  We will gladly assist in the touch up after assessed by the artist for a proper rate.
