Cancelation policy

Immortal Ink Images requires a minimum of 48 hour notice of cancelation of services in order to do the initial reschedule and for your booking fee to be transferred over to the new appoint slot. When canceling your appointment you also have 48 hours to rebook your session, we can not account for floating deposits passed that time frame. We appreciate as much notification as possible when you cancel, it allows us the opportunity to attempt to fill the open spot and help to ensure a living income for our working artists. Cancelations after 48 hours the booking fee is paid 100% to the artist to offset a small portion of the income they were scheduled to earn and account for anytime spent on your custom tattoo drawing. If you cancel or no show two times in a row regardless of how much of a given notice all your future appointments will be erased from the books and offered to other clients without any notice.
